Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting guests: Welcoming guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
2. Assisting with check-in and check-out: Helping with executive guests' check-in and
check-out procedures.
3. Providing service: Preparing and serving food and drinks, and ensuring a ready sup
of service items
4 Maintaining the lounge: Keeping the lounge clean, organized, and well-maintained.
5. Managing inventory: Restocking supplies and managing inventory.
6 Handling guest requests: Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
7. Providing information: Informing guests about hotel services, local attractions, and
events.
8. Monitoring guest satisfaction: Addressing issues and monitoring guest satisfaction
9. Adhering to policies: Following all company policies and procedures, and adhering to
health and safety regulations.
10. Reporting issues: Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to
management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any fields.
- Service mindset, proactive, self-motivator and a team player.
- Fluent both written and spoken English.
- At least 1 year experience as Customer Service Agent.
