To be based: At Rayong. Duties and Responsibilities: Experienced and committed production supervisor The production supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production team to achieve production goals and objectives. Applicants must be able to inspect production standards, set up machines, perform basic maintenance, safety and all quality work, as well as monitor production progress and coordinate between departments to ensure efficient work processes. Responsibilities: •Control production machinery to operate smoothly and efficiently. •Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, monitor production efficiency and develop strategies for improvement. •Manage the production team and inspect operations to achieve goals and objectives. •Inspect the production process to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. •Inspect and report production indicators such as cost, efficiency, and waste volume. and the results obtained. •Keep documents about production activities. •Analyze what needs to be improved in the production process and develop a plan to solve such problems. •Solve production problems and basic maintenance •Prepare reports to send to the executives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male, 25-35 years old, completed military service or exempted.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
  3. Working experience as a production supervisor least 3 years.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational management skills.
  5. Ability to fix and maintain basic machinery.
  6. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
  7. Able to communicate in English will be given special consideration.
  8. Knowledge of quality management work ISO9001:2015, GHPs, HACCP will be given special consideration.
  9. Able to work in shifts.
  10. Able to travel to work at Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong.
