Planning Supervisor

รายละเอียดงาน
-Supervise and manage the production planning and control team.
-Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
-Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
-Monitor and analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
-Prepare and manage manpower planning and budgeting for production operations.
-Lead planning activities for new product introductions (New Model).
-Ensure accurate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and maintain optimal inventory levels.
-Collaborate with overseas teams and provide regular updates in English or Chinese
-Support cost control initiatives and drive production efficiency improvements.
Total Salary Package 30,000 - 40,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistic & Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Age 25 years and above.
- At least 3+ years experience in Manager of production control and planning department.
- Good command in English communication.(Need to communicate with oversea team)
- Working experience in Manpower Planning & Budgeting required for production management.
- Knowledge and experience in Material Requirements Planning(MRP),concept, and calculation of appropriate inventory.
- Knowledge of production efficiency and manufacturing cost control.
- Work 6 days per week.
