รายละเอียดงาน
To support production planning and execution in the preparation of production documentation, collection of production data, monitoring production against plan, and recording of required parameters to meet production quality record requirements and drive high on-time deliveries. The role includes reviewing and maintaining the production schedule in alignment with the Master Production Schedule.
- Prepare documentation and printed materials needed to issue work orders according to production plan.
- Store, record, and maintain production related data in the designated system including excel.
- Coordinates manufacturing activities and monitors schedule performance against plan to maintain priorities and meet established schedules.
- Check and report daily production data such as production volume, raw material remains, equipment working time, etc.
- Support data collection for production performance analysis (KPI)
- Prepare weekly and monthly production reports for executives.
- Update the Master Data related to the operation process to be accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and report implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Special Factory Orders (SFO), Deviation Request to determine effectivity dates, and proper part disposition.
- Monitor and report rejected and rework execution.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Vocational grade and above
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office expertise
- Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, work order packets and safety instructions
- Experience with rate based or flow line (non-MRP) and job shop manufacturing environments is a plus
