Position: Assistant Packaging Engineer (Food Packaging) Contract: Until Dec 2025 Salary: 38,0000 THB Location: Rojana Ayutthaya Responsibilities: •Partner with cross-functional business teams to ensure smooth trial execution of packaging routine work and drive commercialization success for sustainable film in Asia Market. ⁻To establish and maintain packaging specifications, technical drawing, packing instructions, and testing methods, to build related BOMs, ensuring documents properly managed by DMs and communicated with function teams; ⁻To support business needs on packaging quality improvement and trouble-shooting with internals and co-manufacturers; •Lead activities of exploring advance packaging materials, formats and process technology to drive productivity and sustainable goals for Asia. – Work with line manager, GP and packaging suppliers to initiate some packaging sustainable proposals, ensuring actions being delivered within planned timeline, and productivity target being met; – work with line manager to search, evaluate, validate and provide sound recommendations on materials, formats and process development, with the aim of driving sustainability goals.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Good written and spoken English
Bachelor degree and above in Packaging Technology, Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related major;
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience with FMCG or in flexible packaging industries (preferred working in R&D) with materials, formats, processes, packaging requirements, testing, and standards;
Be familiar with packaging converting operations (paper, board, film, rigid plastics etc.)
Project management experience with cross-function cooperation
Be innovative, analytical & forward thinking. High passion in package development.
