Quality Engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
•To control quality of product IPQC, In process-Final, OQC follow Inspection Standard
•Control Supplier and customer Claim or Complaint.
•Analyze defect and improvement
•Establish WI, inspection standard, inspection form, quality point and necessary information of quality control section.
•Monitor the implementation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) within the required time frame to ensure timely resolution of non-conformities.
•Support external audit and internal audit
•On site working at supplier/customer plant as assignment.
•Support continuous improvement activities related to customer satisfaction and product reliability
•Filing of inspection report and/or Certificate of Conformance (COC).
•Monitor and report on Manufacturing key performance indicators (KPI)
•Perform other duties as necessary and any special assignment from his / her supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with any fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality or Engineering job function in precision manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in Quality core tools (APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and GD&T
- Experience for Quality Assurance In process and product.
- Knowledge can use measuring tools CMM, caliper, micrometer, height gauge.
- New graduates are also welcomed.
