รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead the application of surface coatings using manual and semi-automated methods (spraying, dipping, brushing)
- Perform advanced hand-finishing techniques to create special effects, textures, and correct coating imperfections
- Inspect products rigorously before final processing to ensure full coating coverage and quality standards are met
-Collaborate with production and design teams to innovate and test new coating formulations and decoration techniques
- Maintain and improve tools, equipment, and workspace to ensure efficient and clean production
- Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior team members to build a skilled and reliable workforce
- Monitor workflow and production schedules to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives related to surface finishing processes
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 5 years of experience in surface finishing, glazing, coating, or decoration in manufacturing environments
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual skills for intricate finishing work
- Experience with specialty surface products or precision finishing is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively at all levels
- Proactive in problem-solving and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
