Job Description
•Providing application maintenance, being an expert to assist key strategic customers
•Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors
•Troubleshooting and problem solving on incoming tickets
•Establish test cases for application testing when patches are available
•Responsible for application testing for enhancement of existing functionalities on application system
•Working with the system analyst, programmer, tester (or related parties) to understand any of application system changes, then to resolve the problem including communicating with customers
•Generate ad-hoc summary reports according to customer requests and required by team leaders or customers
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai nationality
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or other computer related fields
- Experience in process of software programming or application development
- Understand the process of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Understand basic Database Administration, e.g. MS SQL Server and be able to query data from database
- Advantage if experience in healthcare industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills
