Industry: Lingerie Manufacturing Location: Thailand – Provincial Area (Accommodation Provided) About the role Seeking an experienced Pattern Maker to join our intimate apparel manufacturing team based in the North of Thailand. This full-time position will play a key role in designing and developing patterns for a range of lingerie and sleepwear products. As a Pattern Maker, you will work closely with our design and production teams to bring our latest collections to life. - Translate customer and product needs into clear instructions for Pattern and Technical Services teams. - Manage schedules and deliverables of pattern technologists. - Ensure compliance with processes and manage risks within Product Technology. - Handle technical issues from design to development, coordinating tests, trials, and risk assessments. - Lead risk mitigation in early product stages for smooth handover to Technical Services. - Collaborate on pre-production and technical meetings. - Maintain quality and accuracy in patterns and grading. - Identify and drive process improvements for efficiency.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the intimate apparel industry
Strong technical skills in pattern making, grading and fit development
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good command of English.
