รายละเอียดงาน
1. Establish quality standards and perform quality evaluations for new products; lead the acceptance and verification of inspection fixtures for new product development, and assess quality during new product debugging, trial production, and sample submission.
2. Establish and continuously improve quality standards.
3. Evaluate and judge internal quality issues based on established quality standards to ensure smooth production; lead improvements and corrective actions for customer-reported quality issues to ensure timely resolution within the company.
4. Conduct product audits and process audits in accordance with system requirements.
5. Other tasks related to quality management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management in the automotive parts industry or other manufacturing industries.
- For Chinese nationals: Willingness to develop a long-term career in Thailand, and proficiency in both Thai and English.
- For Thai nationals: Proficiency in English.
- Familiar with quality systems such as IATF16949, process quality control and analysis, and quality tools such as the 7 QC Tools.
