รายละเอียดงาน
- Provide expert guidance on HSEQ matters to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Implement and maintain best practices aligned with the Operations strategy and system.
- Establish, monitor, and report on improvement objectives, goals, and key performance metrics across departments.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects using strategic tools and cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitate training programs, such as Operators Training, to enhance workforce knowledge and capability.
- Collaborate with all departments to build a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Drive innovation and share best practices across teams, departments, and locations.
- Participate in or lead Gemba (on-site observation) activities to identify improvement opportunities firsthand.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Automation) or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CI methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Visual Management, Lean, and TPM.
- Experience in Operational Excellence and/or process improvement is an advantage.
- Good command in English (spoken and written) and advanced in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in IT tools/software such as Power BI, Power Apps, and RPA.
