To master paid media strategies across platforms, scale ROAS-driven ad campaigns, and turn budgets into profitable sales across TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Ads Strategy & Execution:
Plan and manage performance campaigns on TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Discovery.
Build structured campaigns with A/B testing for audiences, creatives, and objectives.
Operate all ads manually via Business Manager and Ads Console—no auto-boosting.
Analytics & Optimization:
Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Funnel) across platforms.
Build weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Utilize Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics, and Conversion APIs to track customer behavior and optimize targeting.
Creatives & Ad Content:
Collaborate with content and creative teams to craft high-performing ad creatives (video, static, hooks).
Provide direction for ad messaging, CTA structure, and scroll-stopping content tailored for each platform.
Understand "what sells" and continuously test creative angles.
E-Commerce Campaign Support:
Support Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop storefronts with paid traffic strategies aligned to mega campaigns.
Plan ad budgets and ROAS targets for events such as 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, Black Friday, Year-End Sales, etc.
