1.Plan, control, and manage operations in the Mold Department to align with the organization’s production goals. วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารงานในแผนก Mold ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการผลิตขององค์กร 2.Supervise mold maintenance (both preventive and corrective) to ensure operational readiness. ควบคุมการซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์ (Preventive & Corrective Maintenance) ให้พร้อมใช้งาน 3.Develop and improve mold production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุน 4.Monitor the performance of the mold technician team and plan ongoing training and development. ติดตามการทำงานของทีมงาน ช่างแม่พิมพ์ และวางแผนอบรม/พัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง 5.Coordinate with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. ประสานงานกับแผนกวิศวกรรม ฝ่ายผลิต และแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น 6.Inspect and control mold quality to meet required standards. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพของแม่พิมพ์ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน 7.Prepare operational reports and analyze problems to determine preventive solutions. จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อหาแนวทางป้องกัน

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or other related fields. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์, อุตสาหกรรมศาสตร์, หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
At least 5–10 years of experience in plastic or metal mold work, with proven team management experience. มีประสบการณ์ในงานแม่พิมพ์พลาสติกหรือโลหะอย่างน้อย 5–10 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม
Knowledge of CNC machines, EDM, wire-cutting, and mold manufacturing processes. มีความรู้ด้านเครื่อง CNC, EDM, Wire-cut และกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์
Strong skills in planning, analysis, and problem-solving. มีทักษะในการวางแผน วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหา
High level of leadership with excellent communication and coordination abilities. มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับหลายฝ่ายได้ดี
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software is an advantage. หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม CAD/CAM ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
