•Plan and manage all production processes to meet company goals and quality standards
•Supervise and manage the production team to work efficiently and effectively
•Monitor and control the use of raw materials efficiently, reducing waste in the production process
•Manage and plan maintenance of machinery and production equipment to ensure operational readiness
•Control and maintain safety standards for production staff
•Ensure production processes comply with international standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food and drug standards of export countries
•Continuously develop and improve production processes for higher efficiency
•Prepare production reports and analyze problems that occur, along with proposed solutions
•Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and quality control departments to ensure smooth production
•Collaborate with the R&D, Marketing department in designing production processes for new products
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or related fields
- Any gender (gender is not limited) / Age between 40-50 years
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in production management in the food industry
- Knowledge and understanding of food quality and safety standard systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or FSSC 22000
- Strong team management skills and leadership abilities, capable of controlling and motivating team members
- Knowledge of production planning and control, supply chain management, and inventory management
- Systematic problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of machinery and equipment in food production processes
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and production-related software
- Good English communication skills (due to the company's exports to multiple countries)
- Attentive to details, ability to work under pressure, and readiness to handle emergency situations
- Experience in producing condiments, chili paste, or curry paste will be considered advantageous
