About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead our technical and production engineering team in a precision CNC parts manufacturing facility. You will oversee engineering projects, drive continuous improvement, ensure product quality, and support operational efficiency. This is a critical leadership position requiring both technical expertise and strong people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the engineering team, including design, process, and manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee and optimize CNC machining processes, tooling selection, and setup strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues on the shop floor.
• Manage engineering documentation, including work instructions, process flow, and BOMs.
• Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change orders (ECO).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and customer specifications.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance capability and efficiency.
• Provide technical support to sales and customer service on feasibility and costing of new parts.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC machining and at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages a plus.
