รายละเอียดงาน
- Conduct internal and/or supplier audits in accordance with CQI-15: Welding System Assessment (WSA) standards.
- Develop, improve, and control welding processes to meet customer-specific requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance on welding processes such as MIG, TIG, Spot, Seam, and Laser welding.
- Prepare and maintain welding-related documentation, including Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welder Qualification Records (WQR).
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production departments to ensure compliance of welding systems.
- Train staff and technicians on proper welding practices and CQI-15 standards.
- Identify non-conformities, provide technical reports, and recommend corrective/preventive actions for process improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to welding process capability, reliability, and compliance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive or industrial welding processes.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with CQI-15 Welding System Assessment.
- Proficient in quality tools such as Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA, and SPC for welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols. Certified welding qualifications (e.g., AWS CWI, IWE/IWT) are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience in supplier development or 2nd/3rd party auditing is a plus.
- This position is open to all nationalities.
