รายละเอียดงาน
1. Control subordinates to strictly comply with the company's regulations.
2. Control subordinates to strictly comply with work safety regulations.
3. Disciplinarily punish subordinates according to the company's work regulations and rules.
4. Plan and control preventive maintenance (PM) for all robot and jig machines in the factory.
5. Study and improve work to be developed continuously by reducing defects and analyzing points with potential
problems in machines.
6. Control the repair of damaged machines to be back in use as soon as possible, reducing production downtime.
7. Plan personnel work and train personnel within the department.
8. Provide knowledge and understanding to subordinates by training, giving advice to provide employees with
appropriate skills, knowledge, expertise and experience in machinery, electricity and PLC systems.
9. Set and prepare sufficient documents of procedures for use in the department, including improving work procedures
and updating work documents to be up-to-date at all times.
10. Conduct annual evaluations to consider salary adjustments and bonuses.
11. Prepare and control maintenance budgets, purchase of spare parts and necessary equipment.
12. Summarize the performance report, performance results, maintenance, costs, expenses according to the quality
objectives of the management report
13. Participate in meetings according to the agenda set by the organization
14. Sign and approve important documents related to maintenance work
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Gender: Male Age: 30-40 Year
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) ,Engineering (Electrical Engineering)
- Professional Maintenance officer at least 5 years of Experience in Automotive car.
- Basic proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
- Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving and analytical abilities.skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
