1. Strategic People Operations
- Design scalable org structures to support multi-branch growth
- Plan manpower and allocate resources effectively
- Build basic org charts, hiring plans, and reporting flows
2. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posts, screening, interviews)
- Conduct deep interviews for both skill and cultural fit
- Source niche candidates via platforms, referrals, and outreach
- Build our employer brand to attract the right people
3. Build and Run HR Systems
- Set up onboarding, probation tracking, and performance reviews
- Draft and manage employee handbook, internal policies, and SOPs
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with labor laws
4. Day-to-Day People Management
- Run monthly payroll using Google Sheets or HR tools
- Coordinate attendance, leaves, and staff records
- Coach team leaders in communication, discipline, and motivation
- Act as the go-to for conflict resolution and people issues
5. Drive Positive Work Culture
- Reinforce company values through systems and rituals
- Encourage feedback and personal growth at every level
- Help create a space where people feel trusted and want to stay
