-Implement HR policies and programs including employee relations, recruiting, staffing, wage salary administration, benefits, and management training
-Manage the recruitment and selection process
-Nurture a positive working environment
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a management level.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership and team management
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Organizational and time management
- Female or Male Age : 35 years old or above.
