รายละเอียดงาน•Providing general administrative support to our employees.
•Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.
•Perform administrative tasks to support all visitors (reports, appointment requests, reservation of hotel, transport, control of hotel & taxi bills, information finding, etc.)
•Assist foreign staff and their families with visas and other related documents if needed.
•Organizing company events (in-house or off-site activities, town halls, and conferences.
•Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, electronics, and PPE as required and maintaining proper stock levels.
•Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements)
•Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services.
•Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
•Assist with the recruitment process by interview appointment, identifying candidates (DL)
•Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
•Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise.
•Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
•Submit In/Out report and monthly report to Health Insurance, Provident Fund, etc.
•Coordinate and follow up with the instructor/training institute for the training program.
•Maintain and update all employee training record systems.
