- Collect INV, Receipt, and Tax Invoice from suppliers,
- Prepare documents to send to customers and suppliers, and go to the Post Office.

- Recruitment Report
- Issue a letter of appointment and confirmation
- Record employees' leave in an Excel file
2. Answer the phone - Suppliers, Customers
3. Documents and Forms - Collect and take care of Quotations, PO, Contracts, Leave, Handover, etc
4. Back office - HOC as requested
