รายละเอียดงาน
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates
- Conduct industry and company research to support deal sourcing and execution
- Prepare financial models, valuations, and client presentations
- Coordinate due diligence processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support in drafting proposals, pitch materials, and engagement letters
- Attend client meetings and assist in managing relationships with stakeholders
- Stay updated on market trends and deal activities in Thailand and the region
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai language is a plus
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Business English
