Location: CPF Food Product Research and Development Center, Wang Noi, Ayutthaya Working Days: 5 days per week ● Leading visitors on facilities tours, providing information about CPF R&D Center and ensuring the safety and well-being of the group. ● Ensure a high quality of service and a high level of visitor satisfaction including customer service, visitor safety and CPF R&D Center information. ● Arrange monthly meeting with all services staff, summarize services result, feedback and report to manager. ● Collaborate with the CPF R&D Center’s communications team to ensure that information about CPF R&D Center history and programs are effectively shared with the public. ● Oversee daily visitor services operations and proactively assess and recommend enhancements and improvements that are aligned with the CPF R&D Center’s mission and budget. ● Assist with department administration and budgeting, including building short- and long-term goals.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Arts Program in English, Business administration, Hospitality, Food Science or related field
1-3 years’ experience in Customer Relationship management and administration background is preferable
Strong communication, Empathy, Problem-solving abilities
Proven experience in visitor services, operations, or customer experience management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in administrative systems, budgeting, and cross-departmental coordination.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
