คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- •Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineer /Industrial Engineering.
- •Minimum3-5 years of experience for Production management in Electronic manufacturing.
- •Experience working in the manufacturing sector, especially working within an international environment. (Chinese / English environment will be advantaged).
- •Management experience and possesses strong negotiation skills with a progressive hands-on management style.
- •Dynamic thinking and a positive proactive attitude.
- •Good command of the English language
- •Work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities
•Being fully responsible for the overall operations of clients’ process production, enforcing organization standards and development of staff to ultimately achieve optimum plant efficiency and the highest level of quality and conformity
•Manage overall production as quality target, following the company's quality control systems, processes and procedures
•Responsible for production plan and budget and manage overall production to achieve its target
•Set up schedule and procedure for operation.
•Manage process equipment routine inspections during normal operation and special inspection during turnarounds to maintain facility assets
•Responsible as a head of committee of problem solving and troubling shooting to identify root causes and take quick effective action to solve the problems.
•To check if the production is going well.
