• Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot VPN solutions for remote access and secure site-to-site communication.
• Monitor VPN usage and performance to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement and maintain endpoint protection, firewalls, patching, and security monitoring tools.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents, conduct basic investigations, and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in implementing security policies and procedures (e.g., password policies, device encryption, access control).
• Support vulnerability scans and ensure that findings are addressed in a timely manner.
• Keep systems and applications updated with security patches.
• Provide cybersecurity awareness and best practices support to end users.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and network diagrams.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Proven experience in VPN implementation and support (OpenVPN, IPsec, SSL VPNs, etc.).
- Strong understanding of network and cybersecurity fundamentals (basics knowledge of ISO27001), including firewalls, antivirus, access control, encryption, etc.
- Experience with Windows environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as EDR, SIEM, or vulnerability scanners.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong security-first mindset.
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, or Fortinet NSE.
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or automation tools.
- Experience in supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in learning and applying new security solutions.
