2. Actively promote participation through guest engagement, announcements, and visual displays (e.g. posters, signage).
3. Supervise and support the Activities team to deliver safe, enjoyable, and high-quality guest experiences.
4. Ensure all equipment and activity areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
5. Monitor guest feedback and adapt the program to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
6. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
7. Assist in planning and executing special events, holiday programs, and themed beach parties.
8. Prepare and maintain activity schedules, attendance records, and reports for management.
9. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests related to activities and programs.
