Accountabilities:
Marketing Activation and Administrative
- Coordinate and facilitate assigned brand activation executions i.e., New Product Trial at
Customer Site, Hygiene Awareness Event, Refresh Training for Housekeeper &
Preventive Maintenance, Testimonial VDO, Sustainability Roadshow, etc.
- Initiate and maintain new / revised product code creation, code extension, and base
pricing, dispenser Mapping, target pricing for price agreement, and SFDC Price Book.
- Review and secure approval from legal for marketing content / claim on packs.
- Provide drafted letter for both internal and external marketing communication.
-Coordinate and provide marketing expertise for product survey / trial with customers,gather market and competitor information, and competitive benchmarking.
- Coordinate with Sales team on special products inquiry as customer requirements.
- Support Sales team for Claim & Complaint process in SFDC/ETO.
- Work in conjunction with Sales Admin to maintain Sales & Marketing Tools stock
availability i.e., Visibility Sticker, Sample Pack, Leaflet, Door Counter, etc.
- Work in conjunction with Capability Development Manager to arrange product & handouts for product training session.
- Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing team i.e , issue PR /PO process for KCP local team, monitor all invoice document, billing process, follow up PO, follow up invoice, recheck due payment date for supplier, create new vendor registration when needed, deposit, due payment date, etc.
- Replicate monthly report for Sales Performance, DIT required report, and A&P Tracking
& Accrued.
