● Lead and manage the marketing department, including evaluating and
developing marketing strategies.
● Plan and align marketing strategies with the company’s business directions in
OEM, ODM, and our in-house B2C brands in both domestic and international
markets.
● Develop a unique and strong brand identity to create brand awareness and clear
brand positioning that supports sales and lead generation.
● Define the optimal marketing mix, drive growth through innovation, manage
marketing budgets, and continuously analyze and improve campaign
performance for the best ROI and ROAS.
● Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitors to identify new
marketing opportunities and create new S-curves.
● Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and production teams to
align marketing efforts across departments.
● Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and brands.
● Prepare and present weekly and monthly marketing reports to executives.
● Lead, manage, and continuously develop the marketing team, supporting their
skill growth and performance.
