- Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, operating systems, and related infrastructure, with a strong focus on security best practices.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security, implementing and enforcing security policies.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems, including security vulnerabilities and breaches.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization, while also identifying potential security risks.
- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and system-related reports, including security configurations and incident reports.
- Coordinate with other relevant teams to ensure smooth operations, integrating security considerations into all processes.
- Research and implement new technologies to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential weaknesses.
- Respond to security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement remediation plans.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and security appliances.
- Plan and implement improvements to network performance and security, following the industry’s best practices and security standards.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to plan for future capacity needs and to detect suspicious or malicious activity.
- Create technical documentation, network diagrams, and network-related reports, including security configurations and incident reports.
- Liaise with external network service providers (ISPs) as necessary, ensuring their security practices align with organizational standards.
- Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT-related fields, with at least 5 years of specialized experience in infrastructure and network management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with network infrastructure components such as Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with international compliance and security standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
- Relevant industry certifications are preferred (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages is an advantage.
