• Lead project management & manage for:
🔹my Preferred Application – covering rewards redemption, investment knowledge, preferred privileges maintenance
🔹Project manager of transitioning to Line OA
🔹Preferred Microsite – managing content and design coordination for wealth clients
🔹Regional Wealth System (RWS) : system for screening mass customer and Preferred customers / Manage relationship manager (RM) for Preferred customers.
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents and workflows for both business and technical teams
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure system development aligns with business needs
• Analyze solution options, assess risks, and define business impacts
• Prepare test cases, scenarios, and conduct UAT with users
• Support QA UAT team with documentation reviews and design clarifications
• Ensure MVP quality through collaboration with QA UAT and vendors
• Report project progress and outcomes to senior management
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
• Solve complaint related to Preferred Reward program
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience in digital banking, project coordination, or system development
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with QA processes and vendor collaboration
