รายละเอียดงาน
-Plan the job to welding align to master plan.
-Create NC program for welding robot machine.
-Foresee and control consumable for produce the piece.
-control welding time and quality meet to product requirement.
-Design new fixture and support suitable for robotic welding system, with consideration preventive problem work piece distortion and deformation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proficiency in welding techniques, drawing reading, and metal fabrication
- Able to use different welding techniques, like TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) or MIG (Metal Inert Gas), depending on the materials and application.
- Able operate various welding equipment, including torches, power supplies, and machines, to perform welding tasks.
- Experience in Fabrication, Machining, Heat Treatment, Tooling, Jig & Fixture etc.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues during the welding process.
- Work as part of a team, requiring good communication and collaboration skills.
- Stick to safety regulations, wearing proper safety equipment and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
