รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for the transfer of new products, the erection and debugging of ICT test fixtures, ensuring the progress of new products and the availability of fixtures.
2. Maintain ICT test equipment and test fixtures to maintain normal operation of the equipment.
3. Analyze defective boards and provide improvement countermeasures for misjudgments, keeping the proportion of misjudgments within the monthly target set by the supervisor.
4. Train new personnel and provide training to new and production-related personnel.
5. Execution of ECO, timely adjustment of fixtures/procedures according to changes in ECO to ensure the execution of ECO.
6. Analyze post-process defective products, improve test coverage, and promote process improvement.
7. This position requires day and night shifts.

💰 Financial Incentives & Allowances
1. Overtime Pay (OT): Calculated in accordance with labor laws and company policy.
2. Travel Allowance: 35 THB per day (Eligible when working more than 4 hours per day).
3. Diligence Allowance:
3.1) Month 1: 500 THB bonus for perfect attendance.
3.2) Month 2: 1,000 THB bonus for continued perfect attendance.
4. Salary Adjustment: Performance-based salary review upon completion of the 119-day probation period.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- New graduted are welcome.
- College degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT/ATE engineering within a PCBA manufacturing environment.
- Advanced understanding of ICT/ATE principles and hardware maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard platforms such as Keysight (Agilent) 3070, TRI (TR518/TR8100/TR5001), or similar systems.
- Strong ability to interpret circuit diagrams and perform root-cause analysis on electronic components.
- Willingness to learn new things, have a growth mindset and be open-minded.
- Able to work night shifts and overtime
- Competent communication skills in Chinese or English (for technical documentation and cross-departmental coordination).
