- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage the executive's busy calendar, schedule appointments, and handle complex travel plans and itineraries.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the main point of contact between the executive and others, including Board members, internal teams, and external parties. Handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Prioritize & Follow-up: Research and prioritize issues directed to the executive, ensuring they are handled swiftly and appropriately.
- Internal Coordination: Maintain smooth communication between the executive and other departments, fostering trust and support.
- Project Management: Lead special projects for the executive, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time.
- Administrative Support: Handle personal and professional correspondence, expense reports, and other tasks to help the executive lead effectively.
- Time Management: Manage conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
