•Report directly to the owner. •Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution. •Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service. •Plan, set up and reassure the execution of all processes with the manufacturing plant. •Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule. •Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management. •Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. •Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment. •Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs. •Maximize the factory's performance; while minimizing any delays to ensure we meet deadlines. •Complete production planning phase and ensure everything is according to the plan set. •Supervise and handle all the job orders within the set time and operating budget. •Handle all the production team including job orders, work standards, processes flow, inspection reports.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar management position within a factory work environment (wood furniture manufacturing is an advantage but not a must).
•A bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, engineering or related field.
•Able to well communicate in English and Thai is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Previous experience working under a foreign management is an advantage.
•Strong Leadership skills and organizational skills. Excellent planning organizational and project management skills.
•Product development skill.
•Operation and product costing skills.
