รายละเอียดงานJob Summary: The Retail Network Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers and supporting them throughout their engagement with our systems. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that all customer needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our systems and services.
- Conduct initial assessments of customer needs and tailor onboarding processes accordingly.
System Testing and Setup:
- Collaborate with technical teams to conduct system testing, ensuring all functionalities meet customer requirements.
- Oversee the setup of customer accounts and ensure all data is accurately entered into the system.
Customer Support:
- Provide ongoing support to customers regarding system functionalities and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
Coordination:
- Coordinate communication and case management between partners and the company, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
- Manage escalations and follow up on outstanding issues to guarantee resolution.
Training Materials Preparation:
- Develop and prepare training materials to assist customers in understanding system operations and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding and utilization of the systems.
