รายละเอียดงาน
- Providing on-site services to customers which need to travel around all-region in Thailand based on the location of each company.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Possibly training more junior staff members
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Ability to provide services and travel around in Bangkok
- At least 1 years of experience in the IT field
- Fair command in English both written and spoken.
- Service-mind and communication skills will be advantages.
