Job Description:
- Manage all office operations and administrative processes from coordinating office support services.
- Responsible and handling meeting rooms. Schedule various meetings.
- Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures.
- Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (air conditioning, security, maid, etc.
- Supporting General Admin of office.
** The initial employment contract is for 3 months, followed by annual contract renewals **
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1-2 years' experiences in administrative work or related.
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- Service minded
- Detail-oriented
- Computer skills: Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
