รายละเอียดงาน· Responsible for end-end in recruitment functions such as job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing employment contract in order to get the right candidate in timeline period.
· Arrange interview schedule between candidates and hiring Managers, conduct pre-screen / first interview and perform reference checks.
· Review manpower requirements and coordinate with line manager in term of recruitment status.
· Ensures the company staff selection process align with recruitment policy and procedure.
· Enhance relationship with universities and other target recruiting sources.
· Organize Orientation program for all new comers & training sessions.
· Analyze data that measure training effectiveness and recommend area of improvement.
· Coordinate, support, and prepare all training and development activities and documents in order to align with annual training and development plan.
· Promote employee engagement and employees relations activities.
· Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and disciplinary actions.
· Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Laws and internal company’s rules and regulations.
· Supervise 1 subordinate and support HR team in order to achieve Department’s goals.
· Support quality system and audit both internal and external partners.
