- Lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and guest
- Train and coach staff to anticipate and exceed customer expectations
- Act as the face of the restaurant — present, engaging, and warm
2. Sales & Marketing Support
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and personalized guest interaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze customer feedback and support marketing initiatives
- Capture guest preferences and trends to help tailor offerings
3. Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily restaurant operations from floor management to stock control
- Monitor service flow, cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Liaise with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service coordination
4. Team Management
- Schedule, train, and manage team members for optimal performance
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, lead by example, and foster a positive team culture
5. Business & Reporting
- Understand P&L basics, cost control, and inventory management
- Prepare basic reports and insights on performance, customer feedback, and sales trends
- Assist in pricing, menu strategy, and planning for events or activations
