- Conduct tele-sales activities with over 30 corporate clients or travel agents monthly to maintain and expand customer base.
- Perform sales calls and in-person visits to at least 15 companies or agents per month to build relationships and drive bookings.
- Oversee and maintain the customer database and booking systems, particularly focusing on Wholesale, B2B, and travel agent segments.
- Lead initiatives to increase sales through innovative packages and collaborations with other hotel departments (e.g., F&B, spa, events).
- Provide support to various hotel departments as needed to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare executive-level sales summaries and coordinate regular meetings with the management team to align on performance and strategy.
