We are seeking a versatile bilingual (English/Thai) professional to provide executive support while handling HR and administrative functions. This role combines assistant duties with HR operations and office management in a multicultural environment.
1. Executive Support (50%)
Manage executives' calendars, travel, and correspondence
Provide English-Thai interpretation for meetings/documents
Prepare reports and presentations
2. HR Administration (10%)
Process payroll and maintain employee records
Assist with recruitment (postings, interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate training and performance management
Handle work permits/visas for foreign staff
3. Office Management (40%)
Oversee office supplies and equipment
Organize company events and meetings
Manage vendor contracts and services
Ensure compliance with local regulations
