รายละเอียดงาน
- Promote aluminum exterior products and plaster wall materials to local construction and design companies in Thailand
- Initiate and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers
- Conduct sales visits and presentations to propose product integration into architectural designs (design-in sales)
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support product positioning
- Coordinate with Japanese headquarters and clients in Japanese
- Handle quotation, order processing, and basic project follow-ups
- Visit client sites and construction projects when required
- Report regularly to the Japanese manager regarding sales activities and market progress
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials, architecture, or trading
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or same level (Mainly speaking)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a car (travel to client sites is required)
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and high sense of responsibility
