We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Sales Solution Consultant to drive customer success through modern business applications. This role focuses on solution design and sales support for Microsoft technologies—including SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure—as well as the Odoo ERP system. You will work closely with the sales, technical, and delivery teams to understand client needs, propose effective solutions, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
•Work with sales and presales teams to understand client challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
•Design and propose tailored solutions leveraging Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft 365, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and Odoo ERP.
•Deliver product or solution demos to key stakeholders.
•Prepare solution proposals, pricing models, technical documentation, and compliance responses for RFPs.
•Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility, accurate effort estimation, and successful handover.
•Build and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft cloud ecosystem and Odoo modules.
•Consult clients on best practices, licensing options, integrations, and platform scalability.
•Build and maintain log-term relationships with clients.
•Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
•Monitor post-implementation performance and provide ongoing support and consulting
•Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
