Job Summary:
The Project Manager (IT & Data Analytics) will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT and Data Analytics projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all project goals are achieved and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget, and risk assessment.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Execution & Monitoring:
Lead and manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and methodologies.
Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including internal departments and external vendors.
Ensure vendor performance meets contractual obligations and project requirements.
Quality & Delivery:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure quality assurance and that project deliverables meet the required standards.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Provide regular project updates and reports
