General Description Therm-O-Disc seeks a well-rounded Production Planer to lead key elements of the Production function Job Description: •Contributes to monthly forecasts and owns daily/weekly output and quality targets. •Directly responsible for employee's discipline, Housekeeping during the present and absence of production manager. •Plan and organize manpower to meet customer's requirement. •Control unit to ensure high productivity and quality. •Direct, motivate for control supervisors and subordinates to maximize their effort to carry out their tasks and goal. •Ensure for good & safety working environment. •Plan and control usage of indirect material, including in process scrap, inventory aging and line loss. •Plan and provide training to develop their subordinates. •Interpret and execute company's policy and procedure. •Co-ordinate / cooperate with supporting group regarding to quality, productivity, material support. •Prepare information for control line performance factors. •Administration works.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Ability to work as shift rotation, working 6 days per week.
4 – 6 years’ experience in manufacturing supervision.
Good communication skill.
