รายละเอียดงาน
- Act as the first point of contact for security issues and work with the right teams to fix problems quickly.
- Help staff understand IT security policies, check that they follow the rules, and raise any risks.
- Spot and report strange activities, cyberattacks, or phishing emails to the security team.
- Work with the IT team to keep systems updated and fix security weaknesses.
- Join emergency drills and help plan what to do if something goes wrong.
- Look for ways to improve work processes and suggest simple ideas for improvement.
- Work at the client's office and provide regular reports based on agreed tasks and timelines.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Security, IT Support, or Network Administration.
- Basic understanding of security frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
- Familiar with key security controls including endpoint protection, identity and access management, and incident response.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments.
- Comfortable working and coordinating with multinational teams.
