Entry-Level Job
Hybrid: Office 2 days/week at Sun Tower (Chatuchak)
Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues through LINE Official Account and Email support
Master our E-Commerce Listening product and services to effectively troubleshoot and solve customer problems
Accurately log and document customer cases and issues for proper tracking
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Collaborate with Technical and Business teams to develop solutions for customer challenges
Explain technical issues clearly and provide step-by-step guidance for product and service-related problems
Support the Business Solutions team with technical questions and expertise
Conduct customer onboarding and manage post-sale customer journey to ensure retention and satisfaction
