1、Inspect and supervise employees' work processes to ensure compliance with Thai labor laws. 2、Develop the annual plan for factory safety, occupational health, and working environment improvement. 3、Coordinate and organize safety training for new hires and existing employees. 4、Regularly inspect the safety of equipment, machinery, and the working environment. Promptly report any accidents or abnormal incidents in the factory, analyze the causes, and propose preventive measures. 5、Prepare safety-related documentation and reports in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
Possess a professional safety officer license in accordance with Thai law.
At least 1–2 years of experience in factory safety management is preferred.
Familiar with Thai labor laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental protection.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
