- Establish audit standards, audit topics, inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and sampling plans covering both internal processes and outsourced contractors.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to support quality management data in order to maintain work standards and prevent workplace accidents.
- Participate in root cause analysis and follow-up on problem resolution in coordination with customer airlines and relevant departments to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct audits and analyze service quality performance of employees to use as a guideline for improving service efficiency.
- Issue Non-Conforming Reports (NCR) to notify relevant parties for preventive action planning.
- Coordinate with and support customer airline audits by providing accurate information and addressing any deficiencies within the specified timeframe.
- Oversee, control, and manage documentation systematically, such as forms and operation manuals.
- Gather data to develop and improve service efficiency and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Compile data to support relevant departments in formulating guidelines and plans for improving employees’ work quality.
- Serve as a Safety Officer at the supervisory level.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors that do not conflict with quality assurance interests or create conflicts of interest.
