Job Purpose: To provide system support and ensure the effective functioning of SAP (HANA) and POS applications across multiple departments, including Accounting, Supply Chain, and Sales. The role is responsible for data maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement within the SAP environment, covering modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, and SD. Key Responsibilities: • Extract and generate SAP reports as requested by Accounting, Supply Chain, and Sales departments. • Maintain and support SAP and POS systems to ensure stable operations. • Upload and manage Master Data such as Material, Vendor, Customer, Promotion, and Info Record in SAP. • Act as the first point of contact for user-reported issues; perform root cause analysis and coordinate solutions. • Manage and support SAP modules including: FI (Financial Accounting) CO (Controlling) MM (Materials Management) PP (Production Planning) SD (Sales and Distribution) • Define and maintain SAP authorization roles to control access and ensure compliance with company policies. • Liaise with key users and external consultants for enhancement, testing, and implementation support. • Ensure documentation is kept up to date for all system changes and processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Thai Nationality
  2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SAP application support.
  4. Good knowledge of SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, PP, SD. (an accounting background is essential for handling tasks related to the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules)
  5. Experience in Master Data Management and SAP authorization role setup.
  6. Ability to analyze system problems and provide practical solutions.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Basic understanding of POS system integration is a plus.
  9. Good command of English
